By using PerfectJodi, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
These Terms apply to all users, including free users, premium subscribers, and anyone who interacts with our website or WhatsApp workflows.
2. Eligibility and Account Basics
- You must be at least 18 years old to use PerfectJodi.
- You must provide accurate profile and identity information when requested.
- You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account, phone number, or authorized representative.
- You may not create duplicate or misleading profiles, or access the service on behalf of another person without authorization.
3. Service Scope and No Guarantees
PerfectJodi provides AI-assisted introductions and compatibility support. We do not guarantee that you will receive a match, find a spouse, or achieve any specific personal outcome.
We may modify features, workflows, eligibility rules, or availability at any time to improve quality, safety, and compliance.
4. Your Responsibilities
4.1 Truthful Information
You agree to provide truthful, current, and complete details in your profile, biodata, preferences, and conversations.
4.2 Consent and Respect
You agree to communicate respectfully and to engage only with mutual interest. Harassment, coercion, abuse, impersonation, or threats are strictly prohibited.
4.3 Family and Third-Party Data
If you share information about family members or other individuals, you confirm you are permitted to share that data.
5. Pricing, Billing, and Refunds
Certain features are available only through paid plans. Prices, billing cycles, and plan limits are displayed at purchase time.
- Premium plans may auto-renew unless canceled before renewal.
- Taxes, processing charges, and payment gateway terms may apply.
- Unless required by applicable law, paid fees are non-refundable once a billing cycle has started.
- We may suspend premium access for failed, reversed, or disputed payments until billing is resolved.
6. Acceptable Use Policy
You may not use PerfectJodi to:
- post false, defamatory, explicit, or unlawful content;
- collect, scrape, or misuse other users' personal data;
- send spam, promotional blasts, or repeated unwanted outreach;
- evade safety controls or abuse matching workflows;
- interfere with platform security, availability, or infrastructure.
We may remove content, restrict features, or disable access where needed to protect users and platform integrity.
7. Intellectual Property
PerfectJodi, including our software, content, workflows, branding, and site assets, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the service for personal, non-commercial matchmaking purposes. You may not copy, reverse engineer, resell, or create derivative services without written permission.
8. Disclaimers
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness, non-infringement, merchantability, and uninterrupted availability.
We do not independently verify every statement made by users and cannot guarantee the identity, intent, or conduct of any individual introduced through the service.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PerfectJodi and its operators, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages.
Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed the amount paid by you to PerfectJodi in the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or INR 1,000, whichever is greater.
10. Suspension and Termination
You may stop using PerfectJodi at any time. We may suspend or terminate access, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, created risk, or misused the service.
Provisions that by nature should survive termination (including payment obligations, disclaimers, liability limitations, and dispute clauses) will continue to apply.
11. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Subject to applicable consumer rights, courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the service.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect legal, product, or operational changes. The revised version will be posted with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
